Jass Stewart will use his momentum to create a movement
Edited on Wed Nov-09-05 01:41 PM by IanDB1
Creating a movement.

Jass Stewart entered the mayoral race to win the election.

We were 791 votes short of achieving this goal.

However, the numbers are exciting. On average, we came up short only 28 votes in each of Brockton's 28 precincts. In addition, in the seven weeks following the preliminary, Jass Stewart gained 15 percentage points (4,100 additional votes).

What does this mean? We have created a strong movement for change in Brockton. People who’ve never been involved in politics before volunteered, contributed money, and voted!! And many traditional voters voted for change. Jass Stewart is committed to ensuring this movement continues to grow.

See you in 2007!!.

Looking at the numbers. As you can imagine, we are busy dissecting the election results -- where were we the strongest? the weakest? And what do we do differently next time to ensure a victory? Please, take a look at the results and tell us what you think.

1. I love it when people break down results to show how much it
really matters to vote

28 votes in each precinct could have made a difference

28

People can relate to that

It also makes one sick if your candidate needed the 28 votes

A lot of what ifs and if onlys going on methinks
