(WBZ) LYNN -

Lynn police say two missing girls have been found safe at a bus terminal
at South Station in Boston. 8-year-old Yougnammie Adrien and her 6-year-old
sister Yveley were supposed to meet their grandmother in front of the Lynn
Public Library Tuesday afternoon after school. When they did not show up,
their grandmother called police.

Around 9 a.m. Wednesday, an MBTA passenger who saw the photos of the children
in a news broadcast earlier this morning, recognized them and contacted MBTA police.

Lynn Police Captain Mark O'Toole said the girls were with their mother,
39-year-old Magalie Phillippe Adrien of Lynn.

She is estranged from the family but does have joint custody of the children,
according to police.
O'Toole said at this time there are no charges pending against Adrien.

The girls live with their father in Lynn.
