how will the exxon decision effect Maine

the supreme court let exxon off the hook by reducing it's fine by 2 billion dollars. the fine left to pay was 20% of the original -1/2 billion and its 19 years later.
keep in mind this company earned 38 billion last quarter. roughly 2 days profit.
if you get caught for speeding it will cost at least two days pay.
I'm aware this wasn't the only decision they made and I didn't like the other one either.
