pa is having budget woes

Seems like the republican party has taken on the role of staler and obstructionist nationally. much like in "maine " they have thrown out all these things that should be changed and steered the budget to a vote than stalemated it.
In this case they voted no and forced a shut-down. Pretty sad when the minority
rules! where is democracy?
this is why our state doesn't change,the behind the scenes money grabers won't let it!
