Anyone know of a pets-allowed apartment complex in Hammond?

I got a job in Hammond, LA and will need an apartment there starting the middle of next month. I have three cats though. I can probably get a home for one of them, but I realize it will probably still be hard to find a place in a small town that will allow two.

Any ideas?

the Beaumonde Apartments on Old Covington Hwy. I lived there for five years in the early 90s and they accepted pets at that time. I had a dog and a cat as a matter of fact.

Of course that was 10 years ago and I believe it has changed ownership since then. When we were there, it was a fairly nice complex that was family oriented, but I'm not sure what condition it is in now.
