voter registration question

I have a friend who travels a lot and would like to register online. I thought sure I helped someone else register online for Louisiana but I can't find the site now and I'm having trouble finding another site where he can do this. He will definitely vote for Kerry and will most likely have to vote absentee (because of his travels). Does anyone know if he can register online -- it would be a big help. And this time I'll bookmark the site.

I found one site where you could print off the form to mail it in but the address for mailing it in was cut off or something?

I'm not sure you can register to vote in Louisiana online. If so, I couldn't find it after doing a search. However if you will go to http://www.sos.louisiana.gov/elections/elect-appli.htm you can get the address for sending the application you downloaded.
