For those of you who may not have heard his speech in Topeka last weekend, two of the memorable things he said were: (1) The differences between Democratic foreign policy and Republican foreigh policy could be summed up as "Tough/smart" vs. "Tough/dumb" and (2) that he remembers when Bush was campaigning against nation-building in 2000; he just didn't realize then that Bush was talking about our country.
