0 of 416 (0 %) Precincts Reporting
Joyce Schulte 36 100 %
Robert Chambers 0 0 %

No one is reporting, but Schulte has 36 votes already?

3. Probably absentee votes, but it still looks odd
You think they'd give each county an extra precinct (AB?) just for absentee voters since they are treated like their own precinct anyway.
