?

Iowa (I almost said "we"...someday I'll be "we" again *sigh*) is still first in the nation. BUt I'll bet New Hampshire is unhappy.

1. Why don't they just move IA and NH back a couple weeks
instead of moving other up. Instead of having the caucuses in IA and primary in NH, move them back a month. That would put them closer to other states and we won't get a nominee so early. I think Kerry was hurt a lot by being declared the nominee so early.

2. Iowa/New Hampshire First - then move everyone else back a month
There is no reason for our states to give up our status as First. We are not the deciding states (NY/FLA/CA/TX BIG Delegate states - those are the deciders) we are just first. I will not give up my opportunity to meet with and vet the presidential candidates becasue Carl Levin and Jennifer Grandholm are jealous. Iowa and New Hampshire First, nothing less.

3. Oh, look, the Iowa Democratic Party Chair just sat on her hands while
New Hampshire got screwed. Gee, wonder what she's going to do when New Hampshire jumps ahead of Iowa....oh, I know....NOTHING! :grr:

I hope Iowans realize what we are about to lose when we lose the caucuses. I hope everyone knows the number to the IDP HQ!
