Here's yet another keeper
Here's yet another keeper from the ol' Teabagger Herald's editorial page;

America has been overrun by radical progressives. They've infiltrated government, schools and the media. I pray there are smart citizens in the tri-states and around the country who are waking up to progressives' dismal plans.

Progressives "fight" for the working man, the "right" to health care and entitlements for the poor. They say it's government's "moral duty" to care for the "underprivileged" rather than individuals, families, charities and churches. This makes them feel good. What progressives have done to this county is criminal.

Is it moral to create a class of citizens wholly dependent on government handouts -- to strip away rugged individualism and the pride of holding a job to provide for one's family? Is it moral to create an education system that fails young minds? Is it moral to promise retirees benefits, which they've paid for all their lives, only to turn it into the world's largest Ponzi scheme?

Is it moral for unions to drive the cost of doing business so high they force layoffs, benefit cuts and bankruptcies? Is it moral to take money from one group who produced it and hand it to another who did not? Is it moral for an administration to knowingly destroy the dollar and the American economy?

This guy must be taking the Drugster/Beck/O'Really/Hannity kool-aid intravenously.

1. Now that is one misguided soul
In a way, I feel sorry for him or her. But in a way, I feel sorrier for anyone who comes into contact with this...um...individual.

2. "strip away rugged individualism and the pride of holding a job"
OK - this myth from long ago keeps rearing its ugly head. It is so much crap I can't believe it.
I would bet Mr. Teabag drives a foreign made auto on our communist roads. He no doubt has confidence that the groceries he buys won't kill him because of the laws with threats of penalties for products that cause harm. His children no doubt were schooled in public schools. As you all know I could go on.
I wish one of these 'rugged individuals' would prove their mettle by doing everything themselves such as cutting their own logs for their house and building their own roads.
Pardon my incoherence. I had a late night. But this crap hits a nerve with me.

3. What irritates me is when...
...these teabaggers get up on their high horses about morality. They don't have any business lecturing others about morality when their party is full of the likes of Craig, Foley, Vitter, Bush, Cheney, and so on.
