My favorite polling site
http://www.electoral-vote.com/evp2008/Obama/Maps/Apr19.html

I like to follow the polls on this site. Very interesting what it is showing at this time.

1. Interesting the difference between Clinton and Obama
I am hoping that McCain gets exposed for what he really is. That I would hope make the map much more blue no matter who the nominee is.

3. Interesting...and a bit frightening,
It would seem there are a lot of people willing to vote for one Democrat but not the other. We are going to have to come together/bury some hatchets/bite the bullet/etc to really stick it to McCain.

If we screw this up again, I'm going to start brewing my own alcohol. I won't be able to afford to buy the quantities needed to get me through 4 more years of this crap.

2. Thanks Harold. I had forgotten about that site.
I remember checking it regularly during the election. Will need to keep an eye on it again.

4. It's going to be an interesting summer and fall
The man who puts this together and keeps a tight rope on the pollsters. He has thrown out results if they tend to favor a party and are very obvious about it.

There are many close races in the red states. We will be able to see early on if these states fall lock step with the Republicans. Some states Obama has won he is currently being blown out of the water. Winning the primaries in some of these states does not mean a fall victory. The swing states are going to be the ones we have seen in the past plus or minus a couple of states. Hopefully this will be recognized and not spend a lot of unnecessary resources.
