just heard on wishtv news. Carlyle, I believe, has been doing the 'carve out the equity and spit out the rest - but make a profit before the buyer realizes they are mostly buying debt' thing... I would guess that the hoosier jobs at Allison Transmissions will soon disappear from Indiana.
