This jerk ran ads saying 'My Man Mitch' on green poster board to act like he was some kind of independent instead a Bush Cronie and suck up.


I wonder if 'www.letsditchmitch.com or ,org or .net' has been taken.

The Indiana Democratic Party needs to use this slogan starting now I think or at least during the campaign.

1. I hate Mitch Daniels

Yeah, I definately will make signs. I hate him entirely. He wants to turn a road in my town into a toll road. It's a public road and has been there for more than 70 years. So I have no idea why so many people voted for him my district. Oh wait, yes I do, it's because people are stupid.

I know people can be naive, ill informed, etc but they have access to the same information I do so there is really no excuse.

9. Kernan's campaign was weak

From all i've observed his heart just wasn't in it. He gave Mitch a long head start and then relied on negative campaigning to try to catch up.

Unfortunate but it helped Mitch pull the wool over people's eyes.

was Michael O'Connor, until moved to BoseTreacy. Brilliant mind, good strategist and a real asset. Hope he considers a run - maybe Mayor, post-Peterson?

13. Sorry if this in the wrong place ... but I have a question

What is going on with the Indiana Democratic Committee?( http://www.indems.org) I check their website fairly regularly for updates and news and it doesn't change. For the longest time after the election it still had information from before the election. I guess my question is how can we seriously hope to make Indiana a blue state if we don't even have any leadership for our party here in our state?

Anyone have any information or ideas on this one?

By the way I like the "LetsDitchMitch" idea. Now is the time to start working on that one, not in 2007 when it will be too late for most of the slow thinking conservative people in this state to perhaps have time to get a clue before they vote.

14. I sent the a scathing email after blackTuesday

and I am yet to get a response. All you can do is organize yourself and your friends and pray for strength. I learned a long time ago you can't count on the party, they will screw you every time. You need to start a grass roots effort, thats what we have done. Good luck, your are all you have.
