350 Rally through Oak Park

24 October 2009 - 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Oak Park! We have a lot to do to help fight climate change. The Oak Park 350 rally planning (being organized by students at Oak Park River Forest High School), is making great progress, but we need your support on October 24!

The rally on October 24 starts on the mall (LAKE AND EAST AVE) at OPRFHS. We will then march down Oak Park Ave and will end at the 5/3 Bank Parking lot (Euclid and the Eisenhower) where a green fair will be taking place. We are asking everyone to gather "on the mall" at OPRF at noon on October 24 and we want to start marching by around 12:15.

State Senator Don Harmon, Oak Park Village President David Pope, and OPRF students will be speaking at the rally.

Please join us! Bring your friends, family, and anyone that wants to help be a part of the climate movement. For more information contact: knickelbein5@yahoo.com

WHERE: OPRF HIGH SCHOOL STADIUM (LAKE AND EAST)
WHEN: OCTOBER 24, 12:00 PM
WHY: BECAUSE WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
BRING: YOURSELF AND EVERYONE YOU KNOW
