Midwest Clay Guild in Evanston
Announces 35th Annual Show and Sale
November 16-18, 2007 Featuring 12 potters and ceramic artists
35th Annual Exhibition and Sale, which will take place from Friday, November 16 through Sunday, November 18, 2007, at the Guild's studio facility, located at 1236 Sherman Avenue in Evanston, Illinois. The opening reception will be held Friday, November 16 from 6-9pm, with weekend hours on Saturday, November 17 from 11am-6pm and Sunday, November 18 from Noon-5pm.
Twelve artists will comprise this year's sale with a variety of ceramics, glass, paintings, and jewelry. Guild artists are- Mo Cahill of Rogers Park, Mary Seyfarth of Highland Park, and Dana Shearin of Evanston. We welcome new members Victor Boyer of Roselle, Jeff Donelan of Evanston, and Kimberly Jones, raised on the north shore, returning to Evanston after 9 years in Petoskey, MI. Guest artists are potter and School of the Art Institute Professor Delorus Fortuna, of Galena, long time Evanston resident and award winning potter Richard Cohen, Guild alumni Wyatt Lane of Evanston, potter and stained glass artist Stephanie Marder of Chicago, glass artist and gallery owner Rose Jarecki of Downers Grove and metalsmith/jeweler Susan Franker of Joliet.

2. working on a show out there.
i will let you know next time i go out that way. i am working on the guy at stone house pottery. he really ought to give me a show.
really love the wood firing, even though it is so, so, so much work. works really well for me.
damn sorry you are still looking for work/struggling. sucks. still, come on up, say hi. money, buying, eh? who cares.

Located right here in Rogers Park and am totally in need of getting with some Du'ers. Just spent a year down in Texas. So glad to be back on the north side.
