Prosecutor in Florida refuses to press charges in sexual assault of 15 year old.

The Broward State Attorney's Office has decided not to file criminal charges against two of the men accused of participating in the rape of a 15-year-old girl.

The state attorney's office said the victim in the case has been uncooperative.

James Hunte and Ryan Johnson will not face charges, even though Plantation Police reports indicated that both men admitted receiving a sex act from the girl.

Prosecutors say they are still investigating two other men accused of participating in the attack.

The teen told police she went to the apartment with a man she knew on April 19. Later, she claimed, five other men entered the bedroom and "forced her to have either oral sex and/or sexual intercourse with them individually."

All the while, the teen said the men snapped photos of the activities. Police recovered a digital camera at the crime scene and discovered photos of the girl engaged in sex acts.

Johnson noticed she was crying so he so considerately stops receiving oral sex from her? Five men using a young woman for sex and he is surprised she is crying? I just bet her reputation has been smeared to spare these men. There has to be more to this story.
