camping in CT question
Hey I'm from Newington and am going camping labor day weekend.
I went camping at Lake Waramaug State Park last week and loved it but its booked already for LD weekend. So now I'm looking at Kettletown State Park on Lake Zoar or Hopeville Pond State Park. Have you been to either, which would you choose between the two if you have been to both?

1. If it's open for camping this year, Devil's Hopyard is a great place.
We went there as kids ( we lived in Newington!) and I still go hiking there a lot.

2. made a choice
I chose Kettletown because it was pretty much the only campground on a lake still available. Where abouts in Newington did you live. I have lived here for 21 years now.
