Only one judge in the state rated "DO NOT RETAIN"

Just checked the official website for rating of judges. Only one in the entire state was rated badly: Pueblo County District Judge Jill S. Mattoon.

1. there was female judge in Denver District that they refused to

give a retention vote... It was a noncommittal rating. Can't remember her name but she apparently is fairly incompetent & uneducated on the law, from the way it sounds.
