Amendment 40 - Term Limits for Supreme Court & Appeals Judges
I watched a short discussion of this amendment last Friday night on the PBS program Colorado State of Mind. Two conservatives each held opposing views. But since John Andrews supported it, I'm suspicious. Given that a Dem has a good chance of being elected Governor and selecting judges from nominees - I'm certain Andrews wants to limit the effect those judges.

Colorado Media Matters also weighed in on how Amendment 40 has been mishandled in some media"
"Reporting on proposed judicial term-limit amendment, Gazette omitted key information about current judicial terms"

1. whatever John Andrews supports
I oppose!

Often when I don't have the time to really investigate a ballot initiative, I just try and find out what Andrews (or jon caldera) think about it, and then vote the opposite.

3. Remember when the Supreme Court overturned the redrawing of the maps?
That's why John Andrews supported term limit.

I, naturally, am going to go the other direction where the Repukes go.

Dumbasses.
