Not long after Columbine there was a meeting of law enforcement (including Thomas) to discuss the Browne accusations. There was an affidavit accompanying a search warrant for the Harris home that had not been executed nearly 1 year prior to Columbine. It was decided to keep the affidavit and the meeting secret. This is all now about to blow up in Thomas' face. He may be disbarred before the election.
this is a bad deal for Thomas because it appears to be true. It's going to hurt him. Once again our wonderful CO Democratic Party has given us a poor candidate.
I'm never thrilled by candidates that come out of the DA's office or law enforcement in general. Just a personal thing. I was willing to back Salazar because he was electable. I'd rather see someone like Feeley, who came out of the statehouse. Especially in Jefferson county after the Columbine debacle - the Party should have known better than to run anyone even remotely tied to Columbine.
I don't remember what channel this was on - I was just flipping through and saw it.
