3. Just maybe with that Ohio-gate thing heating up
But then that would rob us of four years of bashing the rethuglicans with the past, present, and future f*ck-ups of Dumya.

hi yorkiemommie! :hi:

I'm in South Bay, too! Nice to see other South Bay area DU'ers--Heck, just some other Dems in the area! LOL! Before the election, it seemed there were far too many GW signs on lawns for my personal taste--yuck!

There was a Bush / Cheney sign right opposite a Kerry sign on my st. I bet those guys don't talk.

I saw more Kerry signs towards Hermosa/ Redondo Beach. that was nice!

somebody posted a couple of Bush Warmonger signs at Vermont/ 190th. that was so cool!

edit to add last sentence.

12. Hi! Do you read the Beach Reporter?
I read after the election that almost 100 percent of Hermosa Beach voted for Kerry! I was thrilled to hear it--that may explain why you saw more signs there.

I've heard that San Pedro had a lot of Kerry signs, too but I wasn't there much and couldn't speak for seeing any.

As a fellow Torrance resident, I would love to kick all the facist bushies out--let them go live up on the hill (lol)...

I've got to go check out those signs on 190th and Vermont! (or was it Western)...

Nice to see you here! :hi:

It's at Wilshire and Veteran. Wilshire gets a lot of traffic. Some of the people who organize L.A. events have an agenda that is not consistent with taking the Residency away from Bush. I generally prefer events elsewhere.

!Jan 20 march/parade from Cesar Chavez park in downtown Sacramento (10th and I to J Streets) to the State Capitol (at 10th and L). The event should begin at 10 am at the park and from what I gather a coronation ceremony will be conducted on the Capitol grounds.
