1. According to the U.C. Davis weather station in Oakville,
Napa Valley has seen 38.25 inches of rain since October 1st, 2010. That's not counting the deluge that happened today, March 24, 2011. I'm sure Kentfield and the Santa Cruz Mountains are reporting much more.

Time to stop -- bud break is right around the corner.

2. And it's supposed to continue through Sunday.
I've got plants to get into the ground (which is a muddy, gloppy, clay/amendments bog at this point.)

3. Vallejo is always cold and foggy but this is
beyond anything I've seen in years.

4. Well if you're in Vallejo you're probably only about 15 minutes away from me
but I'm on the other side of the hills (the Fairfield side) and we don't get the fog. It stops at the ridge behind our house. :) My backyard, however, is quite spongy! :D

6. Probably right after I leave
every time I move someplace figuring the winters don't suck there, bam! their years-long drought breaks. Happened in Hawai'i, too. :grr:
