Los Angeles ATT vs Verizon service?
Does anyone know how good Verizon coverage is in the Los Angeles area?
I have ATT right now and it drops out all over the city.
I get no signal at all at my home.
Is Verizon similar or do they have a noticeably more complete coverage?

I've checked the online coverage maps and ATT shows coverage in many areas that I know don't have any so it's not credible.

1. I got kicked off AT&T because I was roaming on T-Mobile all the time
I have been on Verizon ever since, no real complaints.

2. I develop apps for the iPhone so right now I have no choice but ATT.
Next year Verizon should get the iPhone so I was wondering if it would be worth switching.

3. I have no complaints,
I can't speak for the Valley, I never go there - but I can't think of anywhere off hand I haven't had Verizon coverage.

4. Verizon is excellent, you pay for it too.
I had to switch over to MetroPCS, hecka cheaper plan, more dropped calls.

5. Verizon is the best. Number 2 in customer satisfaction. U.S. Cellular is No. 1
but if you want to be on the Verizon network, but don't want to pay Verizon prices, I'd go for Wal-Mart's Straight Talk. http://www.walmart.com/cp/Straight-Talk-Brand-Shop/1045119?povid=cat542371-env203289-module279672-lLink6

No contracts. No overage charges. No fees. $30 limited or $45 p/m unlimited {incl web access}. Straight Talk is on the Verizon network and it is EXCELLENT. Where I live, up close to the mountains, AT&T drops everywhere, but I'm stuck with them for another 10 mos.

I also have a Straight Talk phone with unlimited, and it works no matter where I stand.
