Pvt. Jason Martin returned home from boot camp in San Diego to marry Hillary, his high school sweetheart and the mother of his twin boys.
Following the ceremony, they went to the Padre Hotel in Bakersfield, Calif., where Hillary had booked a room for the night. But when the two arrived — Jason in his dress blues and Hillary in her wedding gown — they were turned away.

1. does the motel publicize the policy?

I mean, I don't understand the problem, especially if the motel makes the policy available up front. The fact that they were newlyweds, or that he is fresh out of Marine BC seems pretty irrelevant to me. They should have booked in a motel that offers rooms to unaccompanied 18 year olds. Come to think of it, having stayed in motels in the past during prom weekends, I think I LIKE the idea of a motel that guarantees no partiers under 21, LOL!
