Created by Proposition 11 in November 2008- The Voters FIRST Act. You can apply for a position on California's first Citizen Redistricting Commission. On-line application period begins December 15, 2009 and runs through February 12, 2010.

YOU can apply if You:

are registered voter and have voted in at least two of the last three general elections.

Have not changed your party affiliation in the past 5 years.

Pass rigorous conflicts of interest requirements.
