'Words omitted on four touchscreen ballot propositions in Santa Cruz County'
SANTA CRUZ — At 8:20 a.m., today, the Santa Cruz County Elections Department discovered words omitted from the ballot questions on state Propositions 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D on the Special Statewide Election electronic touchscreen ballot, according to Santa Cruz elections chief Gail Pellerin.
