3. I'm sorry ... I'm not in CA.

The Petsmart she goes to is in Torrance and TLC Adoptions is in Manhattan Beach. I don't know what that's close to ... I'm just trying to help out a friend. I thought the links had enough info, but I would gladly try to answer any other questions.
