any other ppl find odd changes in polling places?
I find it VERY interesting that for the last 8 years, at two addresses and two zip codes in the same town, I have voted in the same place - the local library.

For this election, the polling places for BOTH addresses has changed.

What a nice fvck-you from Ahhhnold and his repube cabal. I wonder how many people will go to the same place they've gone for years to vote.

1. Probably consolidating some of these precincts with less of them...
I had the same polling place I had in the special election in July, which was different than the house I'd been going every year before that. The new polling place is a church! Hope they don't try to change our votes on 73! :P

2. I just voted at a church
but its the same one I have voted at for years.

The location does not change my vote.

I have my "I Voted" sticker just above my "NO on 73" pin.

4. but in my area it's the exact opposite:
two polling places where there used to be one.

The public library was the polling place for my old address and new address, with two different zip codes.

Now there are two polling places. I don't think that's "consolidation". I think it's more like "deliberate attempt to confuse and keep the turnout low, especially in a heavily Democratic area".

5. I guess I should add
it was the 'official' reason in Orange county - big shocker!
