It's looking up in high country -- Spring thaw leaving green meadows, lots of water

Yosemite waterfalls, including Bridalveil Falls, offer a spectacular spring display thanks to a heavy snowmelt and runoff. Photo by Shelley Eades, special to the Chronicle

I put it up as a wallpaper with looped waterfall and bird song wavs.

6. Yosemite is amazingly beautiful. I love it.
I just wish I was in the kind of shape I used to be when I climbed there. Been to the top of Upper Cathedral Spire (USC) Middle Cathedral Rock.

8. Highlights are blown out, no detail in shadows.
Sky could have benifited from a neutral grad.

9. I would have tried a polarizer.
But, like most of the neat shots I've gotten, the best part was being there!
