Blanche Lincoln for VP?

How do you guys feel about that? I read an article somewhere about possible VP candidates and the author thought a Southern woman who is not named Hillary might be a possibility. Bill Clinton would be too much.

And how about the good General Clark? Would he help win your state?

I'm from PA and strongly oppose sending Ed Rendell to the White House because we need him here in PA.

But her seat would probably be taken by a repuke.

Gen. Clark would be my choice. But it may not help win the state. For some reason, AR has taken a hard swing to the right.

Sorry, but she has voted for every single Repub bill that really got on my nerves (IWR, medicare, overtime, etc.).
For the life of me, I can't understand why everyone loves her so much. She is arrogant and standoffish and just plain full of herself, IMO. At our county's Dem fundraiser on the 17th, the people sent to stand in for her acted the same way. They walked in like they were royalty and proceeded to continue to act that way the rest of the evening.

I guess if you are looking for popularity, Blanche would probably fit the bill. BUT, if you are looking for a good VP, IMO, she would be a terrible choice.

As for Wes Clark, I have mixed feelings about a possible VP nom. I love Wes Clark, but I am not sure that is an effective place for him.

Right now, my "druthers" lean toward Bill Richardson.

3. Blanche is a DINO

her voting record is 94% pro Bush. She would be a liability to the Democratic ticket, because progressives like me who are already wary of Kerry would become more wary. Clark would make a much better VP, if you needed one from Arkansas.
