Primary Results
According to the Dem-Gaz, with 18% of the votes counted, John Kerry is a shoo-in for Arkansas' delegates.

Most upsetting: Lyndon LaRouche is tied, percentage-wise, with Dennis Kucinich for second place (not that second place gets you anything).

Blanche Lincoln an e-a-s-y winner over Lisa Burks. Darn, no message being sent there. Blanche will see this as vindication of her playing footsie with the GOPs.

Justice Jim Hannah cruising over Judge Wendell Griffen.

The Dem-Gaz website, however, makes no mention of the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk's race (which isn't important to anyone outside of PulCo, but if you knew the horrible mess Carolyn Staley's incompetence has left us in, you'd understand why we want to know).

2. If You're in Pulaski County....
Don't forget the run-off election on June 8 between Pat O'Brien and Larry Crane for Circuit/County Clerk!

3. LaRouche actually got more than 15% of the vote back in 2000
But the party refused to award him any delegates on the grounds that he was not a 'real Democrat.'

4. Over 21%, in fact.
But he and Al Gore were the only two people on the ballot, so it's just as likely that many of the votes for LaRouche were simply ABG (Anybody But Gore) votes.
