Time: Kyl and McCain among best Senators
Time magazine has named both Kyl and McCain in their list of America's Top 10 Senators. :puke:

5. What "behind the scenes"?
It's not as if Kyl is hiding the fact that he is more interested in helping the Bushies than in representing his constituents.

Here's a prediction: if Kyl loses in November, he'll end up in the Bush administration. Maybe as a replacement for a retiring Dick Cheney, maybe some kind of Cabinet post, but somewhere.

6. By the standard of "making a difference," Tom DeLay would certainly
be the top Congressman.

Guess it is like the Time person of the year, simply someone who had a big impact on the year. Good or bad.

Except that it isn't Time's BEST person of the year, and this is the BEST Senators supposedly.

It would be better if they renamed it to Senators who had the most impact or something like that.
