AZ DUers, you have a beautiful home...
Spent last weekend in Phoenix for a wedding, and it took my breath away. Absolutely beautiful, you should be very proud.

:hi:

1. You were here at a great time of year.
Early spring is nice, too. Sometimes, the wildflowers bloom, en masse, carpeting the desert in color.

6. I can only imagine what that desert would've looked like in bloom
It was stunning as it was.

2. We get a mountain view no matter where we are!
How cool is that? IMO, the best part of living here is I can go hike a mountain in the morning and be done in time to meet a friend for lunch near my house.

3. hey there!
Glad you enjoyed your stay. I love Phoenix in the fall. Just when you think you can't handle one more day of 112o sunshine, the temp dips down to 50s and 60s at night and the whole place feels so refreshing again. I've got my chai tea, 'puter and a sweatshirt (it's a mite chilly this morning) out by the pool, a decent view of the Superstition Mountains, and scarlet bougainvilla petals skating around the patio to the music of mockingbirds...this is the life.

5. I thought 'dry heat' was a myth...
Being from Iowa and all, but damn, it was beautiful out. 80 degrees felt like 70, with a light breeze. Nights were perfect. You got it made!

7. next time, I'll get you to come out and do landscaping in July or August
When your skin starts to bubble and go from normal to red to yellow and red, I'll ask you how you like AZ.
