What's the deal on the Diebold anyhow?

I caught part of Aaron Selbig yesterday, but couldn't catch it today..

On yesterday's program, Kay Brown said that "Unibrow" -----> and his crew didn't want to face a jury trial, and would be turning over the Diebold data they've been requesting forever.. (btw, she didn't actually call him unibrow even though it's the nickname "the Ear" gave him.. )

Did Aaron give any updates today???

Anyone know how long before Kay & Jake will be able to announce their findings? I'm guessing the process of evaluating will take time.. just curious if Aaron gave any "guess-ta-ments"?

4. When I spoke with Jake Metcalf at a Benson fundraiser

a couple of weeks ago, he said they would be taking it back into court. I haven't heard anything since.
