The Republicans, now that they own the state, will be friendly and non-criminal for a short while.

Once everyone is comfortable, I bet they propose some crazy shit, that gets us on the Daily Show all week.

2. Same deal in Arizona
The GOP now holds all statewide offices and two-thirds control of both houses of our Legislature. The AZ Senate just selected an open supporter of Neo-Nazis in Russell Pearce, the one responsible for SB 1070 ("Your Papers please."), as Senate President.

It'll be a race to see which State is crazier, Alabama or Arizona.

I just wish it was the Tide vs. the Sun Devils, instead. :)
