National Terror Day

I propose a new holiday, National Terror Day.

The next time the Terra Alert is raised to Orange (or should it be Red?), we all stay home. Kids don't go to school, cashiers don't show up at WalMart, plumbers let the leaks go unfixed, and, above all, we do no shopping.
