Most of the polls I've seen show an overwhelmingly positive response for John Edwards. FAUX News didn't, but I would expect that of them. And then there's Tulsa, where Cheney got about twice as many votes. I've seen a few posts about other (small) polls that were freeped. But, just as I never watch FAUX, I don't think I'll ever go to Tulsa.
Anyway, polls don't tell you much. More than 90% of the Kerry/Edwards voters I know, don't even have computers. They're the elderly, low-income people at my senior center. Some are (legal) immigrants, many are veterans, quite a few are people of color, and I only know of 2 B/C voters in the whole crowd, but there could be a few more who don't talk about it. They know they'd get shouted down by people concerned about Social Security, Medicare, prescription drug coverage (they think the card thing is a scam), Section 8 housing, Meals on Wheels, and places like the senior center itself, which has repeatedly seen its funding cut as the feds cut funding to the state, the state cut funding to the counties, and the county cut funding to social services. They may not vote online, but they intend to vote on election day. Someone from the ROV even came to the senior center to help everyone register who hadn't already done so. So when you see a Kerry/Edwards landslide in an online poll, you ain't seen nothin' yet.
