Help Lobby Soros to Fund UPRIVER campaign: The Best Antidote to RW Smears

George Soros decided to do his Stop Bush swing state tour after he witnessed the denigration of Kerry’s public image as the SwiftVet Smear campaign got traction in the media.

Soros doing his own tour is the safest response within in bounds of campaign finance laws, but it may not be the most effective.

Rather, I think that the best antidote to Rove's flip-flop and Svet Smear is Going Upriver.

I have written to the Soros people suggesting that they find a way to promote the movie via investment, sponsored events or other formats.

I believe this strategy will draw both Nader-leaning progressives as well as Svet poisoned swing voters to Kerry’s side and to the polls.

in a metro area with 20 million people I can find this film playing at 5 places, the closest being 60 miles from my house.

the movie will need more than soros if it is gonna get wide viewing.
