5. Cocky, smocky.
It was just a debate, but is was a good shot in the arm which keeps our spirits up and knocks the other guy down a peg or two.

Just what was needed to keep the juices flowing for another thirty days of hard work.

6. According to current elector
there is still quite a lot of work left to do. I hope these next debate's will help. According to the site : http://www.electoral-vote.com/oct/oct02.html Bush has gained a lot more vote's since the last count. :\ I'm not sure how accurate it is though. :\ Anybody know?

7. The site is a composite of individual polls
And if you move your curser over the map you will see that most numbers come from polls dated around the 27th. Gallup and Rasmussen are taken as a source for about a dozen states.

The site does a good job of gathering numbers from the latest state polls, it is just that state polls are only available from before the debate.

So even with the bias of Gallup and Rasmussen, and for the time period it covers, it does not look bad.

And we will of course continue the work.

9. Yep.
Overconfidence can be our worst enemy. Keep fighting like we're 10 points down. Do everything you've been doing for the last few months, but do it twice as often. This last month is going to be a brutal street-fight, and we need to be the toughest we've ever been. Don't give even an inch until Kerry is safely in the White House. And remember, IF IT'S NOT CLOSE, THEY CAN'T STEAL IT!!!

10. miscalculation chimp?
bunnypants: No, what I said was that, because we achieved such a rapid victory, more of the Saddam loyalists were around. I mean, we thought we'd whip more of them going in.
