Do we want to boost the Edwards-Cheney debate?
Do we want to boost the Edwards-Cheney debate? If so, what can we do? Send emails to networks? Try to use the might of DU to get people talking about that debate?

Or do we want this debate to attract relatively little attention? It's going to be a tough debate. Cheney really does appeal to corporate America, which includes small businesspeople, Wall Street types, investors, and so on. I bet there are quite a few undecided among them. I could even see Cheney attacking Edwards as a trial lawyer for soaking companies of millions of dollars that otherwise would have gone to people looking to retire.

1. There's relatively little
that we can do. That said, Cheney may appeal to corporate America, but he's a decidedly upopular figure, particularly with undecided voters. Edwards has a hell of a lot more ammunition to toss at dick, than the other way around. Here's hoping there's a large audience and that JE lobs a few verbal grenades that blow dick to itsy bitsy pieces.

2. Considering Cheney's approach to things
I think this could be a great debate. All Edwards needs to do is NOT blow his stack, use foul language, endorse racism, or threaten the American public with violence if they don't vote for him. Everything else is just frosting on the cake.

3. Edwards can throw in a few bombs about Halliburton,
the energy meetings and I'm sure he is inventive enough to find a ton of things.
