It is BRILLIANT to have a woman -- E. Edwards -- making the appeal to the veterans. It turns on its head what Bush is trying to do. It addresses the security mom problem, and it shows you that you don't have to be a cowboy (with the emphasis on BOY) to protect America.

Talking about how the situtation in Iraq is detiorating, and either Bush isn't being truthful about it, which is bad, or just doesn't see it, which is even worse.

She's better than 95% of the Democratic stragegists I see on the cable shows. She puts it out there so simply and smartly. Cheers to Elizabeth!! :toast:
