Chinese View of Bush
OK, only the view of one Chinese, my girlfriend, Li-Ping. She said last night that she didn't like the way George Bush looks, and I told her some people think he resembles a monkey.

Her response: "Monkeys are always causing trouble." It's an ancient Chinese tradition, in fact.

I love that meme -- not only is Bush a chimp, but he also disrupts, throws feces, and does all the troublemaking things other chimps do.

4. my wife is Chinese...
Born in China, and she & her family have a very low opinion of Bush, while they love the Clintons.

Did you girlfriend teach you about "da shi qing, ma shi ai"? yet? (Or is it "ma shi qing, da shi ai"?)

9. Not sure of the spelling
I'm not sure of the pinyin spelling, but the word my wife & her family use for Bush translates into something like "naughty child"...
