O'Niel Says Of A Cabinet Meeting
Just heard on the TV that Bush's Treasury Secretary, O'Neil (hope I spelled that right) said of his first Cabinet Meeting with Bush, "It was like a blind man in a room full of deaf men". I laughed 'till I dam near cried.

1. LOL- bitter old man
Did he drop gossip about Bush's annoying habits or gaffes? He sounds bitter- I can just see him getting all hot and bothered on tv, spitting (as he usually does when he talks) and slurring words with his lisp. O'Neill was always a loser, but I probably detest him less than Bush. The book should be titled "When Republicans Attack". Does O'Neill mention his own foolish moves as part of the Bush admin like when he called Enron's collapse, the "genius of capitalism". Corporate shill.

3. Surprised about what?
He suddenly became intelligent and well-spoken? He's always been a Con, and a pretty dumb one at that. Don't get me wrong- he's Einstein compared to Bush but a week didn't go by with O'Neil making some kind of monumental gaffe that injured the US economy.

4. As much as I appreciate the ugly truth about *
It does get tiresome when people only speak out to promote
the sale of their book. Whistle-blowing for fun and profit.
Maybe if he spoke out about his concerns when he was on the job...
then we'd have a stand up kinda guy.
