They site the American Research Group as the pollsters. But ARG's websit has Kerry ahead 50%-41%.

Delaware is too inconsequential a state for Bush to pay any attention too, therefore there's probably little to no Bush presence or propoganda there or influence on the media or any reason to influence the poll results. This is probably a truer picture of an electorate NOT subjected to propoganda and a media establishment NOT being unduly influenced by Bushco.
