Sports fans: would you rather come from behind
or hold a lead wire-to-wire. Personally I'd rather come from behind. In Kerry's case the media could adopt the come from behind story and help create "buzz".

1. i was a competitive swimmer for two decades, personally
i liked getting a good comfortable lead in the smooth glass like water and go into zone of a nice strong pace, always having the others behind in my wake. i didnt like having to come from behind in their wake

2. The single greatest sports moment of my life
Edited on Wed Sep-22-04 10:31 PM by Mojambo
was the 1995 Mariners who came from 11 and a half games back in July to win their division.

No season (not even the record 116 wins in 2001) will ever mean as much to me as that season.

3. Funny you should say that
The 1 game playoff vs. the Angels that year was on late last night on ESPN Classic, like around 3 or so CST.

5. When you talk about winning something important
I'd rather take an early lead and then totally cream the competition.
