Kerry Signs Everywhere..and I'm in TX
Went to work this morning...and I had the only Kerry bumper sticker around...went home...and there were 8 yard signs and 3 bumper stickers for Kerry, all at different houses and businesses!! What a great feeling!

Did a little checking around work (I'm a teacher) and still not a * supporter in the bunch. (That sounded like a jock strap..* supporter..sorry, lame joke, LOL)

Now..I'm in a part of TX that usually votes Dem but I can tell you that it wasn't like this in 2000....

I live near Cong Dist 32 where Martin Frost is going to take down Scrubs' lackey P. Sessions. Quite a few Kerry stickers and yard signs here which is surprising in this heavily repug area.

15. Push Richard Morrison while you're at it! He's running against tom delay.
He can use everybody's help.

He's my pet cause of the season, and I'm in California.

7. What part of Texas?
I see Kerry/Edwards signs all over my neighborhood but I'm in Washington State which hasn't gone Republican since '84.

She told me that she is seeing Kerry/Edwards signs in neighborhoods that she never thought possible.

8. Fort Worth checking in...
Same here-

More and more and MORE Kerry signs going up. It seems like lately, for every new Bush sign I see 3 or 4 new Kerry signs.

I put a Kerry sticker on my car because I saw one or two and figured they needed company. Since then, Kerry bumper stickers have become very common.

10. my neighborhood (the heights, houston) has only kerry signs
I have yet to see any Bush stickers or yard signs anywhere.

Now, UofH (Lawschool) has about a 75% to 25% Kerry to Bush ratio of bumperstickers.

Unfortunately, my old neighborhood (3rd Ward/Museum district) has no signs anywhere. Sad thing is...when Dean came last fall (to Miller auditorium) it was striking how few African Americans were there (which is just a few blocks from 3rd ward). I'd really like to see John Edwards and John Kerry reaching out to the African American Community a bit more.

Welcome to DU, by the way! Glad you're in such good company (both here at DU, AND around your work and your neighborhood)!

I'm seeing alot of Kerry yard signs in my town too. Almost more than Bush and our area hasn't voted Dem since 1976.

16. Same here!
I'm in the Texas Hill Country and I'm seeing a lot of Kerry/Edwards signs and bumper stickers. Yeah, we're an area loaded with liberals, but not right around where I live and the signs here have all been K/E except for two. Two. Four years ago the place was lousy with B/C signs and now there are TWO! In fact, there is one particular house that I always check to see just how far right (right of Limbaugh, believe it or not) they've gone this time in their choices and they don't have a single sign out front. Zero. Unheard of.

Yee-hah!

17. Thanks...for all the welcomes!
I'm in El Paso....and our weather is soooooooooooooooooo stable..lol...we were the home of the Sun Bowl, ya' know..LOL...heheh..I long for "weather!"

Had to laugh...one * sign "viva, *" across the street went up shortly after my Kerry signs...and we had our yearly 7 drops of rain the other night and it was vaporized.... disintegrated like the wicked witch ....

I'm a math teacher..and we will be doing a project in class in October and polling our school on the election..will share...(bet the kids will do a better job than Gallup!)
