35. Reporter on C-Span just said a handful of Repubs. will vote "present" on Stupak bill!
They want it to fail, but they don't want to vote for "abortion." They think if this amendment fails, the whole BILL will fail. But it won't. Stupak told Pelosi as long as they allow a vote, they'll vote for the final bill.

If a woman gets health insurance from the pool, she will not even be allowed to purchase, with her own private funds, supplemental abortion insurance. She will be kicked out of the pool. Her only option is her full payment for private insurance including abortions.
