5. I'm happy in Maine
We defeated a few crackpot tax initiatives. Marriage equality is sadly on the bubble though.

3. Have you looked at NY-23?
Still votes to count, but it doesn't look good for the teabaggers.

6. OMGZ, this is the most important election since 2005 or something?!!!
Seriously, I really miss the days where there was not a 24/7 political news media and a politically overcharged Internet.

Ugh.

13. I miss those days, too.
The way the corporate whore media has been spinning things is nauseating.

15. Being a political junkie,
I strangely feel the same.

If one woke from a decades long comma this past week, you'd think the future of the country was riding on who became Governor in two states and weirdest of all, who ended up representing ONE congressional district.

7. OK, I like this thread on NY23:
To: Boiling Pots

Someone should be covering Gingrich and Scozzafava with tar, feathers and boiling tea over this.

F'ing traitors cost Hoffman his victory.

9. The Republican candidate turned, endorsed the Dem, leaving the Conservative Party candidate to run.
Heads are exploding over this one.

10. I doubt it, the Teabagger lost. All they got was a couple of Moderate Governors.
Pelosi got another vote in the House.

"Steele should immediatly resign.

There is no leadership at the RNC.

There is no leadership at the RNCC.

There is no leadershipa at the NY23 GOP Club.

Conservatives who supported Hoffman should purge NY23’s GOP club.

New York is fast becoming just another morally and economically depraved blue state and the people love to have it so.

"Owens will represent the 23rd for one year. Come next November, after another year of The Messiah leading us, that district will be ready for Doug Hoffman...assuming the local Republicans aren’t so mad over his showing them to be buffoons and RINOs that they block him from the primary somehow.

Now if Scozzafava loses her Assembly seat in 2010 on top of that...sweet, sweet schadenfreude.
