1. Hard to say - i didn't even know that this district had gone for Obama until a few days ago.

We had robocalls yesterday from about 10 right wing outfits and two or three from actual people supporting Owens.

What are your friends and neighbors saying about the race?

Is there any concern that Hoffman doesnt live in the district or any concern over Dede being pushed out?

3. I had one e-mail from someone saying he was voting for Hoffman

because he was a pro-life veteran. I sent back an e-mail pointing out that over 100 Americans a day die from lack of health care plus data on pregnant women with no health care, and a quote from the letter of St. James that more or less addresses people who talk the talk but don't walk the walk.
