Fox News Viewers Most Misinformed; (HCR) WSJ

Now WHY would REPUBLICANS SUPPORT AND DEFEND AND WATCH a proven-most-wrong-most-often cable??? Obviously ONLY LIBERALS are most-wrong-most-often.

Like republicans, it just don't make sense.

1. I don't get the point regarding the second link
Don't get me wrong - I'm pleased at those poll results, but I fail to see data supporting the claim that FAUX Noise viewers are misinformed. I believe it, of course, but I don't see it in that poll. Please point it out to me.

2. CBS covered this story yesterday and painted Fox as victim. I could barf!
Of course Fox News is slanted, but the real offense is the out and out false reporting. When Fox changes the facts and then exploits the false fall out, it is criminal. They have lost the allowance of benefit of doubt, that mistakes were made, and they do not deserve the respect given to real journalists. From swift boating to global warming to Bush's lies on Iraq to the constant made-up reasons for nipping at the Obama's heals and other low tactics giving credence to GB and Han. and O', Murdoch's business is counter to responsible freedom of the press. It is subversive national propaganda.

Remember Murdoch's record of changing the truth to suit his purposes. CBS is tempered by a fear of profit lose, too. Either that, or they wish to indulge in the same control of truth. It is not called honest national news when investigations are not followed to the to truthful facts or responsibility is not taken to report the news from a real prospective.

Fox should not be respected as honest journalism. and anyone including the WH would be foolish to do so.

3. And today it's "Larisa Alexandrovna: It Is Official, Fox Fabricated The "Denied Access" Story... "
<snip>

"3. Despite the facts, Fox and the glue-sniffing idiots who defend them, spread word far and wide of the "Nixonian" (interesting how that term suddenly popped up everywhere and all at once, as though a memo had been issued) war against them and Obama's "enemy list" bullshit.

So in short, Fox fabricated a story to make themselves look like victims of a fabricated war on them being waged by the evil Commie Obama. Now tell me, is that journalism? And they wonder why they are seen as propaganda? Stephen Glass would have more credibility with me than these opportunistic feeders and spreaders. At least he was a lone culprit, not an entire organization built around distortion, lies, and ugly rhetoric:"

Chip Reid whining yesterday..

"And the White House has gone beyond words, reports CBS News senior political correspondent Jeff Greenfield. Last Sept. 20, the president went on every Sunday news show - except Chris Wallace's show on FOX. And on Thursday, the Treasury Department tried to exclude FOX News from pool coverage of interviews with a key official. It backed down after strong protests from the press.

"All the networks said, that's it, you've crossed the line," said CBS News White House correspondent Chip Reid."

CBS is the mediawhore that got rid of Dan Rather.

4. When Coric was on the Today show on 9/11, I knew we were headed
for war when she first said "Terrorism and Act of war". She jumped in then with her opinion without facts and continues to give her impressions without a thorough back check now with CBS. It's not of good conscience to speak to the mass media reaching millions without being certain of your facts and aware of the consequences of misleading the public.

I see I'm not alone in my disgust with most all mass media out their.

When did the integrity of journalism die? Maybe with the scrapping of the Fairness Doctrine. You think?
